Our chef will provide a co-ordinated menu for you depending on the season. Your seminar participants can choose from hors-d'oeuvre and soup, two main dishes as well as dessert and cheese.
At the beginning of the seminar, we present a menu list on which the participants may register their choice, in order to allow you to have your meal as rapidly and efficiently as possible.
